Since November 2018 we are starting with the next edition of the Mentoring Academy – a program that develops the competences of TOP Leaders in tea m management, knowledge transfer, and preparation of successors and application of knowledge in the Mentoring Leader Style.
OAM is intended for senior executives – for managers who want to prepare themselves better to perform increasingly complex functions in changing business conditions. The methods used at the Academy are focused on competency development in team management, knowledge transfer, preparing successors, as well as on broadening the participants’ self-awareness.
The scope includes 6 modules (4 2-day modules and 2 x half-day)- a total of 9 days – 72 training hours. Modules are organized every 4-6 weeks.
Confirmation of new skill acquisition- after passing the exam – is the international OAM Certificate signed by Mind Partners and Professor David Clutterbuck.
New Program – TEAM MENTORING Training completed with the “POST GRADUATE CERTIFICATE IN TEAM MENTORIN
GFOUNDATION COURSE”. The workshop focuses on introducing the theory related to team mentoring. The classes will bepractical. Participants will have the opportunity to independently lead the team mentoring. The course is possible after graduating from the Mentoring Academy and conducting three 8-sessions of mentoring processes and two supervision. This is important due to the specificity of the program based on knowledge gained from the training and “one-to-one” work, ie an individual Mentorsession with a Mentee.
