TEAM MENTORING WITH THE USE OF THE BRITISH DRAM

A process based on experience (optimal way of learning by adults), broadening perspectives, using creative techniques. It facilitates exploration of difficult topics, generating innovative solutions. Participants are invited to enter the “real-life” roles on a commonly defined topic, justified from the team’s development point of view.  

 

ROLE- CARDS” 

Participants will learn this technique through experience followed by discussion and reflection on where in the professional work the acquired knowledge and experience can be used. 

Then, further exploration takes place through expert analysis using the “Mantle of the Expert” technique. 

MANTLE OF THE EXPERT 

The idea behind this approach is to invite participants to become the team of experts, finding a solution to a well-defined problem. The method teaches discussion, negotiation and compromise, making decisions that unite and do not divide. It stimulates seeking for innovative solutions as well as creative implementation of program content. 

 

SIMULATORS 

 During the workshop, elements of work with objects are used which, as the name suggests, stimulate the search for new, innovative solutions and draw conclusions “how experience translates into real challenges in the workplace”.
