Optimal team functioning today is more important than ever, but it is also more difficult than ever, especially in the world of VUCA – times of rapid technological change, globalization, climate change, economic turbulence, and evolutionary organizational change.
The need for collective leadership, system thinking, new methods of cooperation and teamwork has never been greater. It is now when “Leadership Teams” are responsible for changes and adaptation both in their organization and in the entire business ecosystem. Team mentoring helps teams to develop and use their collective intelligence, collective resilience as well as collective emotional well-being in order to function properly and manage in the face of uncertainty and ever-increasing dynamics of change.

We have prepared our proposal to engage participants in development for which they will take responsibility, and will be able to apply the acquired knowledge and skills in the workplace.
