The workshops aim to broaden the competences of Leaders through further education, improving their skills and willingness to develop.
It is designed mainly for Mentors who have gained basic knowledge in the field of mentoring tools and techniques and have experience in conducting sessions with Mentees.
The Academy includes 5 modules (9 workshop days).
