‘(…) It is with great pleasure that I share my impressions from the coaching journey I and my coach have been on. The journey had a clearly set aim, which was agreed on between myself and the organization I work for. With my coach’s help, right from the outset I saw many opportunities for self-improvement. Our sessions helped showcase both my strengths as a traveler as well as the areas I still need to work on. Insightful questions, practice activities during sessions and homework have allowed me to practice completely new ways of doing things. My coach proved to be a very mindful partner in this journey, who supported me in overcoming difficult stages, didn’t suffer from ‘wear-out’, was warm and tactful. At the end of our road, I saw the many opportunities for development I’ve got before me and how much I’ve already accomplished to date. I strongly recommend such an experience with a coach to all those who want to consciously set development goals and aren’t afraid of change (…).’
